If you have doubts in quality and effect of our products we guarantee all our customers full refund including shipping and handling fees. There is no time limit for applying for a refund; it takes about two weeks for the money to appear on your account.
There are only few cases in which we don’t see any reasons for a refund:
- Order wasn’t delivered, because the customer provided a wrong shipping address, didn’t meet the courier and/or pick it at the local post office.
- The products got spoiled as the customer didn’t follow the storing rules (all products should be kept in a dry cool place away from direct sunlight).
